The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse

On a ship,
Floating securely;
Shipwrecked, in the night,
Nowhere to go.

Your swimming, lost at sea,
Lost in the depths of your delusions;
Your swimming, lost at sea,
Oh will you see the light.

It shines so clearly
But you gotta look to see;
This light’s not goin’ anywhere,
But you may drift away.

There’s beautiful cities underwater,
In the kingdom of darkness.
Beautiful riches, yet to be discovered.

Oh what will you choose,
As you become submerged in the water.
Keep your head up, so you don’t drown.

Look to the light,
The Son of radiance,
He’s the lighthouse, He’s your rock;
He’s promised to never leave you.

Swimming at sea, questions a-many;
Why are we here? Why do we breathe?
Darkness looks so beautiful,
But light will still be there
when you choose wrong.

You think your flying,
But really your drowning,
Follow the light;
Don’t be deceived.
